Hi, we are Moa, Denise, Ellinor and Molly.
Moa: I like to draw and read. I like cats and horses and my favourite food is hamburger. I'm 12 years old.
Denise: I like to swim and draw. My favorite pet is cats, dogs and rabbits. My favorite food is tacos. I'm 12 years old.
Ellinor: l like to draw, paint and take it easy. My favorite pet is cats. My favorite food is sushi. I'm 13 years old.
Molly: I like to draw and dance. My favorite pets is cats and owls and my favorite food is hamburger. I'm 13 years old.

We are going to write about some fun projects in our school.

THE MUSICAL
The school had a musical about nature. All the classes were in it.

Class f-1: was singing about the animals. The people destroy animals' homes and the forest.
Class 2-3: was singing that it's better to be friends than to fight.
Class 4-5: was not quite singing but was doing a sketch about people in countries in Africa.
Class 6-7: was doing a sketch about us destroying the nature. They were singing a song.
Class 8-9: was doing sketches when people of year 2115 was looking at today. They told us that we are stressing to much.

Our comments:
We think that it was great fun. The students were doing a great job.

TRIP TO ROMME
The classes 4-9 went to Romme to ski.

The students had to go up at 5:00 am because the bus from the school was going at 6:00 am.
The skiing was really fun. Four students got lost. People that couldn't ski were going on a free ski school. The "Black jaws" was amazing (Ellinors says).

EVENING OF LIGHT

The school had evening of light. The students got to play instruments, if they wanted to.

It was some flutes and guitars. Molly and Denise played guitar with some students.
Classes had made lamps at the Art and Technology class. There was coffee and apple pie.
It was cosy to be there.

ENGLISH DAY
All the classes were wearing uniform and had to speak English all day. We talked a little bit of English on the lessions. The older students had all their subjects in English this day. The Class 4-5 was drinking tea and eating scones, baked by class 6-7.

A VISIT TO THE POLICE MUSEUM
Classes 4 and 5 went to the police museum. There was a display about the police officers in the 1800 century. There, they also had cars from the 1800 century.

Animals are your best friends!

If you have a cat and you are gone for a long time, then when you come back your cat bumbs its head in you to welcome you back.

Did You Know?

*Cats can be gone long from their homes but still find their way home!
*It's dangerous for cats to eat chocolate - it's toxic for them!

It's good to have a cat because they are cozy and easy to take care of.

  My name is Kalle. I'm 12 years old and I like history, physics, chemistry, biology and anatomy I am going to write about Ljusterö.

Ljusterö is a populated island in Stockholm's archipelago. The people who live there permanently are about 2000. In the summer it's about 30000 people.

Ljusterö is a beautiful place with sunrises and flowers. But it did have some problems in the 17-18th century. This problem was called: Russian plunderers. It was when king Karl XVI:s lived.The Russian people plundered and killed many people on the island. Actually in three summers. How could the Russian people afford it? Because after the fight in Poltava king Karl XVI lost and the chance was free. So both sides wanted a peaceful agreement. But the Swedis

h people waited too long and the Russians attacked.

A lot of students in Ljusterö school live on places that have been plundered by the Russian people. One of these places is Nolsjö. You can't see any sign today, but they have been there.

 
We like hamburgers. We like the taste of the meat and the melted cheese. We like that you can use your imagination to create different burgers. You can make healthy ones and some that are less healthy. Hamburgers are delicious, delicious, delicious.

We really recommend Mc'Donald's hamburgers. Max's "Lyxshakes" are very tasty and their Chicken nuggets are amazing. None of us have an opinion about Burger King's food.

When we eat Mc'Donald's food we usually order one of these dishes: 1.Big Mac &Co. and one diet coke. 2. Chicken'Mc nuggets one coke, french fries and bearnaise sauce. 3. Cheeseburger, french fries with cheddar dip and one coke.

Fashion and make-up

Hello and welcome to our first blog entry. Our names are Emelie, Kajsa and Emilia. We are in seventh grade and we thought that some people in our school are interested in fashion and makeup. We thought that we should write about the latest fashion trends in school and what makeup girls/boys usually wear.

Fashion

     
Girls' fashion:
A lot of girls usually wear sneakers and converse. In secondary school almost all the students wear sweatpants and sweatshirts, in dark colors. In middle school they often wear jeans and t-shirts. In primary school the girls wear cute little dresses and skirts.

Boys' fashion:
Boys often wear jeans and t-shirt and shoes thats comfortable for them, we think this style is for almost every guy in our school. They don't think about their look. They use comfortable cloths and shoes. But we don't know if that's true.

Makeup

In secondary school half of the girls have make-up on and half of the girls are natural looking. In the lower classes non of them wear make-up. We don't think any guy/boy in our school wears make-up, but we are not sure, we three girls don't care about how guys dress or if they have make-up on or not and we think that this is important for them to know. We think that it is important for girls that they know that too, so they don't feel forced to have make-up or to dress in special clothes.
